We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Officer (Females Only) to enhance client engagement and grow our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, fluency in spoken English and Urdu, and a dynamic personality. If you're passionate about interacting with customers, driving business growth, and showcasing high-quality furniture, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in clients, provide product details, and build strong customer relationships.
- Encourage customers to leave reviews and check-ins on social media and Google.
- Call old clients, follow up on their experience, and invite them for showroom tours.
- Visit newly furnished client sites, take high-quality pictures, and collect feedback.
- Create and maintain a client database for follow-ups and future engagement.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can create short explanatory videos for products and give showroom tours.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
- Fluency in spoken English and Urdu.
- Not camera shy – ability to speak confidently in videos and live sessions.
- Strong ability to engage with clients in person and over the phone.
- Proactive and well-presented with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms for client engagement and promotions.
