Should be well-versed in a sequence of activities for the construction of pipelines, piping, steel structures, tanks, and static equipment.
Planning Functions (Scheduling, Resource Planning, Project Monitoring / Tracking & Control) in Construction Projects related to Fabrication, Installation / Erection of Pipeline, Plant Piping, Steel Structure & Storage Tanks
Must have good command of ITB, Work Orders, Contact Management, Invoicing, Technical Bids, and Force majeure.
Concepts of key KPI(s) efficiency, productivity, CPI (Cost Performance Index), SPI (Schedule Performance Index), budgeted manhours, earned man-hours, idle manhours, EVM, etc. for monitoring and controlling projects.
Must be proficient in Primavera P6 & MS Office.
