International Admissions Officer / Education Counselor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admissions Officer / Education Counsellor to join our Islamabad office on a full-time, on-site basis. This role demands a self-sufficient professional with up-to-date knowledge of international university systems, visa regulations, and legal and technical aspects of migration. The ideal candidate will have strong ties with relevant stakeholders and can resolve complex issues independently.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in education consultancy, migration services, or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of international universities, visa regulations, and migration processes.
Established connections with relevant institutions, organisations, and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and independent approach to tasks.
Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised education counselling, guiding students through course and university selection.
Assist with university applications, documentation, deadlines, and selection processes, ensuring precision and timeliness.
Offer expertise on scholarships and financial aid opportunities for students.
Maintain a deep understanding of global education trends, university entry requirements, and visa regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, government bodies, relevant associations, and other key stakeholders.
Act as a problem-solver, addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
Stay proactive in networking, leveraging contacts and references to facilitate client success.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions to engage prospective students and clients.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes while adhering to company policies.
