Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions and offering product knowledge
- Drive sales by recommending additional products based on customer needs
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- High level of motivation and a team-player attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash and sales transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
