Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry competitors to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Gather and analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Perform competitive analysis to assess market positioning and develop insights for strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development and execution of special projects aimed at exploring new market opportunities or enhancing existing products/services.
  • Engage in outbound outreach to potential partner companies, initiating contact and fostering relationships to expand business networks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to ensure the company's market research efforts remain current and effective.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Approximately one year of experience in market research or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using market research tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with outbound outreach and building professional relationships is an advantage.
