Duties & responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Establish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.
- Identify key risks and controls within the operational processes under review.
- Develop comprehensive risk-based audit programs.
- Execute risk-based audit procedures in alignment with company policies & SOP.
- Prepare audit reports.
- Deliver presentations the audit opening and closing meetings.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced staff.
Daily tasks:
- Check call recordings; text messages to identify non-compliance of SOP
- Check on hourly reports to ensure all tickets are being followed-up as per deadline.
- Give penalty to every violation of rules with notice of Operational Manager
- Daily Summary of findings.
