Compliance Officer - Textile Industry

We are looking for a committed and experienced CSR & Compliance Officer with at least 3 years of relevant experience in home textile and Apparel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ACCORD protocols, AQL inspection standards, HSE regulations, and product testing requirements. The role also involves driving community wellbeing initiatives and ensuring compliance across partnered factories.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with AQL-based inspection criteria and buyer-specific product testing protocols.
Implement and oversee HSE policies across partner factories to ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate factory audits, track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and follow through on improvements.
Plan and implement community wellbeing projects as part of broader sustainability strategy.
Represent the company in industry seminars and workshops, applying gained knowledge to enhance factory compliance and CSR performance.
Provide training and capacity-building support to vendor partners on ethical labor and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CSR, compliance, or sustainability roles.
Knowledge of ACCORD, AQL standards, testing protocols, and HSE requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for audits and fieldwork.
Experience with international compliance standards and working with global buyers/retailers.
