Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Support:
- Assist in creating and implementing B2B sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in industries such as construction, real estate, and interior design.
- Address client inquiries, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving client issues.
Sales Execution:
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Track and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Coordination and Teamwork:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Provide support to the sales team by sharing insights on client feedback and market trends.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.
