Key Responsibilities:

  1. Public Relations Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to build and maintain a positive corporate image.
    • Draft press releases, speeches, and statements for senior management to communicate the company’s message effectively.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  2. Corporate Affairs:

    • Represent the company in interactions with government bodies, trade associations, and other key stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in corporate communications and public activities.
    • Manage crisis communication strategies to address and resolve any potential reputational risks.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and community leaders.
    • Organize and oversee corporate events such as press conferences, product launches, and charity events.
  4. Internal Communication:

    • Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure employees are well-informed about company initiatives and achievements.
    • Develop internal newsletters, memos, and announcements to foster employee engagement.
  5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

    • Design and implement CSR programs that align with the company’s values and strategic objectives.
    • Monitor and report on the impact of CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in corporate messaging and branding across all communication channels.
    • Monitor public perception and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the company’s reputation.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare detailed reports on PR activities, stakeholder feedback, and media coverage.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
