We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and performing variance analysis
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modelling
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with departments on budget preparation and cost management
- Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed
