- Develop and implement production plans and schedules for Knit & Denim operations.
- Monitor production workflow to ensure timely completion of orders as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
- Ensure effective capacity planning to optimize machine and labor utilization.
- Analyze and track production data, identifying potential bottlenecks and taking corrective actions.
- Maintain an efficient Work in Progress (WIP) monitoring system to avoid production delays.
- Review and update production plans in response to changing demand, order modifications, or unforeseen issues.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular meetings with production and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production policies.
- Train and mentor the PPC team to enhance their skills and productivity.
