- Any Armed Forces background (Army, Navy, Air Force, Rangers, etc.) will be strongly preferred
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and protocols for the organization.
- Supervise and manage all on-site security personnel, ensuring proper deployment and performance.
- Oversee surveillance systems, access control, and perimeter security measures.
- Coordinated with external security agencies and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of the premises to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Investigate and report security incidents, breaches, or irregularities, and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure 24/7 security coverage, including shifts, emergency response plans, and crisis management preparedness.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety and security practices.
- Manage and maintain security equipment and ensure timely maintenance or replacement when needed.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain records of all entries and exits from the premises.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
