UI / UX Designer

As a UI / UX Designer at Other Edition, you play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our digital products. You utilize your expertise in user interface and user experience design to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that resonate with users. In this position, you collaborate with a talented team of designers and developers, guiding a team of 15 individuals to achieve innovative design solutions. Your proficiency in AI tools and design principles will help streamline processes and elevate the quality of our design outputs, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience across all platforms. Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, translating findings into actionable design insights.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Utilize AI tools to analyze user interactions and drive design optimization, ensuring designs are both innovative and functional.
Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and user flows to ensure consistency throughout the project.
Lead ideation sessions and workshops to generate ideas and foster collaboration among team members.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, promoting professional development and creative skill enhancement within the team.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
Evaluate and implement emerging design trends and technologies to enhance the quality of the user experience.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that design deadlines and quality standards are met.
