Outbound Sales Executive

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join their team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment who possess strong communication, problem-solving, and sales abilities. The position offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Communicate clearly to provide information, support, and sales assistance to customers
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently handle objections and close sales
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
