We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Finance CSR Agent for Outbound Recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and finance collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues, as per provided guidelines
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM Software
Provide customers with product and service information
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Follow-up on customer complaints
Enter tracking and coding information accurately
Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
Receivables Recovery and Follow up calls
Social Media Handling
Email Support

Qualifications:

Graduation in any field.
Ability to handle pressure with empathy
Should be flexible with the timings
Fluency in English with neutral accent
Minimum 1-2 years contact center experience required
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications and the ability to type 30 wpm
Should be flexible to work in different shift timings 24/7

Operation Timings are 24/7. Single shift duration would be 8 hours including 1 hour break.
Timings: 8 am to 4 pm, 4pm to 12.00 am, 12.00 am to 8.00 am - 06 days a week and 01 day off as per roster
Gross Salary Range is Rs. 28,000/- per month Plus 4,000 KPI, inclusive of all allowances.
