We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Finance CSR Agent for Outbound Recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and finance collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues, as per provided guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM Software
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Follow-up on customer complaints
  • Enter tracking and coding information accurately
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Receivables Recovery and Follow up calls
  • Social Media Handling
  • Email Support

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • Ability to handle pressure with empathy
  • Should be flexible with the timings
  • Fluency in English with neutral accent
  • Minimum 1-2 years contact center experience required
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications and the ability to type 30 wpm
  • Should be flexible to work in different shift timings 24/7

  • Gross Salary Range is Rs. 28,000/- per month Plus 4,000 KPI, inclusive of all allowances.
