Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems as needed.
  • Support CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of IP phones and PBX systems.
  • Provide server support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installing and supporting computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP phones, PBX systems, and server support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused approach to providing technical support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification or training in relevant IT disciplines is preferred.
