As a User Acquisition Manager for Ozi Technology, you lead the charge in expanding our user base within the dynamic gaming sector. This role requires a strategic, analytical thinker who excels in digital marketing and possesses strong data analysis skills. You will manage a team of 10 individuals, guiding them in designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that target potential gamers across various platforms. The ideal candidate is results-driven, resourceful, and skilled at utilizing data and analytics tools to drive effective customer acquisition strategies. You will utilize your expertise in A/B testing and budget management to ensure that our campaigns are not only creative but also highly efficient and aligned with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead user acquisition strategies that maximize growth and enhance brand presence in the gaming industry.
  • Oversee a team of 10 marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on meeting and exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify user acquisition trends and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance and feedback.
  • Design and implement A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and creative, to align user acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SQL to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Create comprehensive reports on user acquisition performance and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
