Video Editor / Graphics Designer

We are hiring a Full-Time Onsite Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer for our office in Faisalabad. This position requires strong skills in video editing, recording, and thumbnail designing. You will be responsible for creating high-impact YouTube content, operating recording equipment, and designing attention-grabbing thumbnails. This is a fully office-based role with no remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Edit YouTube videos with smooth pacing, storytelling, and engagement
Operate camera equipment and assist in shoot setups for interviews and tutorials
Design high-quality, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails
Maintain consistency with the P4 Provider brand and content style
Collaborate with the content and production team to plan and execute shoots
Work on various content types, including interviews, explainer videos, reels, and tutorials

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
Experience in video recording and handling camera/audio gear
Strong graphic design sense, especially for YouTube thumbnails
Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
Minimum education: Intermediate or above
Prior experience or a strong portfolio will be a big advantage
