We are a growing fiber internet service provider seeking a skilled Network Technician / Fiber Optic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot our high-speed fiber optic network to ensure top-quality service for residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Install, splice, terminate, and test fiber optic cables (FTTH & FTTB).
Set up and configure routers, ONTs, and network devices at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic lines, connections, and network outages.
Conduct site surveys to determine installation needs.
Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure and keep accurate records.
Work closely with the NOC and customer support teams to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain safety standards and follow company protocols at all times.
