We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, and employees. The ideal candidate will be alert, trustworthy, and have the ability to manage security protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Control access to the premises by verifying identification and granting entry only to authorized personnel.
- Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Report any suspicious activity, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintain a log of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in emergency evacuations, if necessary, and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Knowledge of security operations and protocols.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and take decisive action during emergencies.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
