We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead our factory operations efficiently, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire factory operations, including production planning, fabric development, costing, and supply chain management.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day manufacturing processes, optimizing productivity and minimizing costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality control, and workforce management.
  • Strong understanding of textile engineering, fabric development, and garment construction.
  • Monitor production timelines and work closely with planning teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with buyers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and order execution.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and quality assurance teams to enhance workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in garment factory operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of fabric development, costing, and garment manufacturing processes.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, workflow optimization, and factory management.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international buyers.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and sustainability practices in apparel production is a plus.
