Service Support Advisor / Executive

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth shop operations.
Engage with customers to understand and address their service needs.
Handle spare parts procurement and inventory management.
Maintain job cards and service records with accuracy.
Drive process improvements and support other tasks typically required of a Service Advisor in an auto shop.

Desired Qualifications

Passion for the automotive industry is non-negotiable.
Good command of the English language (written and spoken) is a must.
No prior experience is required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
Education related to automotive is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

Compensation

Starting salary: **60,000 PKR per month** (half during the training period of up to 90 days).
Additional bonuses based on sales and target achievements.
