Property Operations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized female professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and growing our property portal by maintaining listings, liaising with developers and agencies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency Coordination:

• Call and communicate with real estate agencies to secure property listings.

2. Developer Engagement:

• Contact real estate developers to list their new projects on the portal.

3. Listing Management:

• Manage live property listings to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

4. Follow-ups:

• Follow up with clients for payments and necessary updates.

5. Operational Support:

Provide support in other day-to-day activities related to the portal’s operations.
Identify and implement strategies to improve platform performance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
