We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and professional female Receptionist to be the face of our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a presentable reception area

  • Schedule appointments and support administrative tasks

  • Handle correspondence, couriers, and visitor logs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools

  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
