- Manage and look after Daily operations of the Commercial Project to ensure the functionality, and availability, of IT systems, data, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise.
- Provide on-site support through the Help Desk, if the problem is known and a patch is already published.
- Coordinate, analyze, identify, and log unresolvable problems at the Help Desk to be entertained by central support.
- Coordinate with the Technical Team for the availability of different tables and privileges for DBAs and provide guidelines to DBAs for extracting information and performing different analyses.
- Ensure complete operational support at all offices of the Customer/client, facilitate all stakeholders/taxpayers, and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in internal training as per new/updated applications development; oversee and coordinate responses to field formations.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, online/in-person training, and attendance of educational workshops, Identify and manage operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with department and organizational policies.
- Correspondence with higher management.
- Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines
- Any other task assigned by the higher management.
