Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and leadership development.

Oversee employee engagement programs, workplace culture initiatives, and grievance handling mechanisms.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employee welfare policies, and organizational HR standards.
Manage compensation structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration in alignment with market competitiveness.
Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies.

Proven track record of success in a senior HR leadership role within a mid to large-sized organization.
