Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s goals, culture, and long-term vision.
Lead end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and leadership development.
Design and implement performance management systems that foster accountability and high performance.
Oversee employee engagement programs, workplace culture initiatives, and grievance handling mechanisms.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employee welfare policies, and organizational HR standards.
Manage compensation structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration in alignment with market competitiveness.
Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies.
Monitor key HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation across all departments.
Candidate Profile:
Proven track record of success in a senior HR leadership role within a mid to large-sized organization.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, HRIS systems, and policy development.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
