We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) who have recently completed their graduation in Marketing, Sales, or Human Resource Management. This program is designed to develop future leaders by offering hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and focused training in their respective domains. Selected candidates will be groomed under the supervision of senior professionals to build strong business acumen and operational understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in departmental projects and assist with day-to-day operations.
Analyze market trends, sales data, or HR metrics as per departmental needs.
