Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our on-site team in Lahore, Pakistan. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients, introducing them to our AI-powered customer engagement solutions and scheduling product demos.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Pam's solutions.
Schedule and coordinate product demonstration appointments.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, politeness, and resilience in the face of rejection.
Achieve and exceed set targets for demo bookings and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing deals and booking appointments.
Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain composure under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by commission-based incentives.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, Pakistan.

Compensation:

Base Salary: 139,000 PKR per month.
Compensation Structure: 50% base salary and 50% commission.
Target Monthly Earnings: Up to 300,000 PKR, based on performance.
Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Our best reps become Account Executives and receive higher commissions.
Total Compensation: Up to 400,000 PKR per month, combining base salary and commission.
