We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at UK based leading parcel management company. The ideal candidate will possess Microsoft Excel skills and have a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Handling: preparing, calculating & sending invoices to clients on a weekly basis.
- Reconciliation: reconciling client payments and company accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate client billing data and updating weekly client ledger.
Requirements:
- Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping Knowledge
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with colleagues and clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data.
- Numeracy: Strong numerical and analytical skills.
