We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments with construction companies and professionals in need of reliable estimation services. The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone call, has strong communication skills, and understands the basics of B2B selling.
You’ll also be equipped with warm, highly qualified leads sourced through verified databases, giving you the edge to pitch them with ease and confidence.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound targeted calls to pre-qualified and researched B2B leads.
Deliver persuasive, confident sales pitches to decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project managers.
Achieve daily/weekly targets on calls, leads, and conversions.
Log call outcomes, client notes, and status updates in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and sales strategy teams to improve outreach performance.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills are a must.
Experience: At least 9 months to 1 year of B2B or cold calling experience is preferred.
Sales-Driven: Motivated by performance, incentives, and targets.
Quick Learner: Able to understand service offerings and client pain points.
Resilient: Comfortable with rejections and confident in objection handling.
