Extreme Branding is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to senior leadership. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for proactive individuals who value discretion and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment. While fresh graduates are preferred, relevant experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with both national and international clients.
- Prepare, review, and manage business agreements, contracts, and other formal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company’s CRM system.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide logistical support for events, business trips, and client engagements.
- Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of contract and agreement documentation.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
