Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide accurate information about prescriptions, dosages, and proper medication usage to customers.
- Handle and label medications correctly to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support the pharmacist by verifying prescriptions and identifying any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shelves and managing stock levels efficiently.
- Operate billing and cash register functions accurately during sales transactions.
- Keep sales and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Follow all pharmacy safety, hygiene, and regulatory procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Sales or Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy or sales, ideally ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
- Basic knowledge of medicines, dosages, and pharmacy operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling transactions and prescriptions.
