We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Branch Manager to lead one of our integrated healthcare units. The ideal candidate will be accountable for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, team performance, customer service standards, inventory control, and regulatory compliance — while ensuring the branch achieves its revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the pharmacy branch including optics, OPD coordination, and emergency services
Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, dispensers, and cashiers
Ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care
Handle inventory management and procurement of medicines and medical supplies
Ensure branch compliance with DRAP regulations, pharmacy licensing, and Philbox SOPs
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
Monitor team performance and conduct regular training and evaluations
Collaborate with the OPD team and optics section to create a seamless, one-stop customer experience
Resolve customer issues and escalate critical matters to management when necessary
Implement in-store marketing activities and contribute to branch-level growth strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D preferred); D-Pharm /Graduation/Masters may be considered
Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing a retail pharmacy or healthcare outlet
Leadership qualities with experience in staff supervision and customer relations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with pharmacy management software (POS/ERP systems)
