Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, with a strong emphasis on corporate partnerships.
  • Actively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas set by Pine Court Resort.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract a diverse range of clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing department of the hospitality industry (hotel experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
