Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, with a strong emphasis on corporate partnerships.
- Actively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas set by Pine Court Resort.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract a diverse range of clients.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing department of the hospitality industry (hotel experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
