Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Promote company services to prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with the counseling and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and conversion.
  • Attend networking events, seminars, and expos to represent the company and expand its reach.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies tailored to target segments (students, skilled workers, investors, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and destination countries.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in the immigration industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of international work migration processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
