We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant floor. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and lead the floor team to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily floor operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
  • Train, manage, and motivate floor staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and floor.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily reporting.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels for floor operations.
  • Support the restaurant manager in implementing promotions and achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
