Area Coach - Restaurant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Coach to oversee and enhance the operations and sales of multiple restaurant locations across various cities. The Area Coach will be responsible for managing a team of Multi-Unit Managers, ensuring consistent quality, and operational excellence, and achieving sales targets across all assigned restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of Multi-Unit Managers, providing guidance and leadership to ensure each restaurant operates efficiently.
Create a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Conduct regular meetings with Multi-Unit Managers to review performance, share best practices, and address any issues.
Ensure all restaurants adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and financial targets for each restaurant.
Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and develop action plans to address underperforming areas.
Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Promote a customer-focused culture within all restaurants.
Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company and legal standards.
Set performance benchmarks and goals for Multi-Unit Managers and restaurant teams.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of each restaurant, providing constructive feedback and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in monitoring sales and operations (At least 3 years as an Area Coach) or multi-unit management role in the fast food or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent operational and financial management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
