Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of branch staff, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and morale.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries efficiently.
Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales targets and performance goals, helping the team meet or exceed branch targets through strategic planning and effective training.
Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new team members, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team skills, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate individual and team performance, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Inventory and Resource Management: Manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and resources are allocated effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all branch activities are in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Manage risk and security procedures.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of branch activities, sales, customer interactions, and other key performance metrics, reporting regularly to senior management.
