1. Oversee all aspects of employee grievances and resolutions. 
  2. Manage documentation and performance appraisal processes.
  3. Ensure ERP compliance and support operational productivity enhancements.
  4. Resolve employee matters and instructor-related issues efficiently.
  5. Conduct regular branch visits to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
  6. Liaise with branch locations for effective communication and reporting to upper management.
  7. Spearheaded training and development initiatives across all departments.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  9. Facilitate ongoing training and development for instructors.
  10. Implement strategies for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  11. Collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives and support business goals.
  12. Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  13. Process complete payroll of the Group and manage all payroll-related activities on ERP.
  14. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
