Key Responsibilities
System Installation & Configuration: Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance.
Technical Support: Assist staff or clients in setting up systems or resolving issues, either face-to-face or over the phone.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults, replacing parts as necessary.Documentation & Reporting: Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Application Roll-out: Support the roll-out of new applications, set up new user accounts and profiles, and address password issues.
Safety Compliance: Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (BSIT) is preferred
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
Gender: Male candidates were preferred for this position.
Work Environment
Location: Arfa Tower, Pakistan.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent.
Shift: Rotating shifts.
Salary: 30k-35k.
