We’re a US-based SaaS startup looking for someone sharp, reliable, and fluent to join our customer support team in Karachi.
Role Overview
Join daily voice and video meetings with international clients and internal teams
Understand client needs, communicate clearly, and relay feedback to the right people
Help support teams troubleshoot issues, follow up, and ensure customer satisfaction
Create and maintain basic documentation (PDFs, notes, summaries)
Light video editing for simple walkthroughs or internal/external updates
Work across Slack, Google Meet, Zoom, and Notion in a fast-moving setup
Shift Details
7 PM to 12 AM
Monday to Friday
In-person only (PECHS Block 6, Karachi)
What We’re Looking For
Fluent, natural English — you should be able to speak without translating jumlay in your head
Confident, calm communicator — especially on video calls
Clear writing, sharp listening, and an ability to simplify complex feedback
Bonus: Experience in international support or BPO environments
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced team
Compensation
75,000 PKR per month (part-time)
Full-time role at 130,000+ PKR based on performance and professionalism
