What You’ll Be Doing
Joining voice and video calls with clients and team members
Understanding client concerns and relaying them with clarity
Writing and speaking in English just as fluently as your native language
Staying calm, focused, and helpful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ideal Background
Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or an international work setting is helpful
Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet is a plus
Compensation 125,000 PKR per month
This is a full-time role with long-term growth for someone who truly understands how to communicate and serve with purpose
