What You’ll Be Doing

  • Joining voice and video calls with clients and team members

  • Understanding client concerns and relaying them with clarity

  • Writing and speaking in English just as fluently as your native language

  • Staying calm, focused, and helpful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Ideal Background

  • Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or an international work setting is helpful

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills

  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet is a plus

Compensation 125,000 PKR per month

This is a full-time role with long-term growth for someone who truly understands how to communicate and serve with purpose
