We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee the operations of 20+ websites across platforms such as Shopify and Odoo. The successful candidate will manage employees working in-office (Pirmahal and Lahore) and remotely, ensuring seamless coordination and daily operational efficiency. This role requires excellent organisational skills, leadership capabilities, and technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of 20+ e-commerce websites on platforms like Shopify and Odoo.
Manage and coordinate tasks for employees working in different locations (office-based and remote).
Monitor website performance, ensure accurate product listings, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
Review daily operations, analyse performance, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
Collaborate with the technical team to maintain and improve website functionality.
Stay updated with emerging e-commerce tools and trends to optimise business operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on platforms like Shopify and Odoo.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience coordinating remote and in-office teams.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
Knowledge of analytics tools to track website and team performance.
