We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Handling Executive to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in-person
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
Handle client feedback, queries, and resolve any issues promptly
Prepare reports and updates for clients on project status or services
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
