Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Provide information about products or services
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell offerings
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or client management experience is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
