We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for helping staff with technical issues, setting up equipment, and keeping our systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain camera systems.
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of camera equipment.
- Assist with network setup and connectivity for camera systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support roles.
- Hands-on experience with camera installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
