Our E-Learning Department is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Primary English Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to primary school students through virtual platforms. This role involves designing and implementing lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles, assessing student progress, and creating digital content to support online courses. The teacher will manage course materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure a dynamic and interactive remote learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction to primary students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage academic growth.
- Conduct virtual lessons using online platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, maintaining student engagement in a remote setting.
- Create and manage digital content, including worksheets and assessments, to enhance the quality of online courses.
- Maintain and update courses on the LMS to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
- Continuously monitor and revise online course materials to keep them relevant and accurate.
- Design courses that address diverse learning needs and promote an inclusive educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in English is mandatory.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) degrees are preferred, indicating a strong foundation in educational theory and practice.
- At least one year of teaching experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience in online teaching environments.
- Valid teaching certification is required.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Training certificate from a recognized organization demonstrating expertise in English language teaching.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and online course development.
- Proficiency in digital content creation, including multimedia resources to support interactive learning.
