We are hiring an Assistant Trainer Call Center (Female) with at least 1.5 years of experience in training and closing within the call center industry. The role involves supporting training sessions, mentoring agents, and improving team performance through effective coaching and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering training on communication, customer service, and closing techniques.
- Provide feedback and on-the-floor coaching to agents.
- Mentor agents in sales closing and objection handling.
- Help create and update training materials.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes and agent performance.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of training and sales closing experience in call centers.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of call center tools and sales techniques.
