  • Must have a good knowledge of electrical drawings and power distribution systems;
  • Responsible for the implementation and on-going management of daily operations of the company;
  • Proactively communicates to team to ensure engagement and alignment to daily operations and goals;
  • Preparation of operational performance reports for both internal and external service providers;
  • Preparation of reports of assets condition and performance;
  • Report day-to-day portfolio activities and establish working plan for each project;
  • Documenting minutes of meetings and subsequent follow up;
  • Management reporting to shareholders, lenders, and other stake holders;
  • Analyze key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolio and projects;
  • Responsible for delivering the project reports, including developing various report formats, dashboards, presentations and others, as required by the project team;
  • Plans and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary to achieve project reporting objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the project reporting requirements, achieve project objectives and escalate issues to Project leadership as necessary;
  • Should be able to read, understand standard to complex project documents, including but not limited to - agreements/contracts, weekly reports and monthly reports.
