• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Maintaining store & supplies for office and kitchen uses including stationery.
  • Ensuring proper usage and management of electrical appliances/equipment.
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail as per SOPs and maintaining in/out registers.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Matric/Inter 
  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Must know about procurement and inventory management, logistic coordination, and office & facility management.
